  I truly loved everything about this place -Breakfast was very tasty -The location was great -The room was super comfortable and clean. (The mattress/bedding itself deserves 10 stars on all on it's own for it's comfort) -Great price -Nice views -No Wi-Fi issues -Great communication! They were so quick at answering messages either via booking.com or Whatsapp -but what really takes the crown for me was the service from the staff. The owner and his staff not only coordinated pick up/drop-off to and from the airport but he literally hunted down the last available hot air balloon in Goreme and called SO many places to try and get the best deal before I left! I got to cross something off my bucket list because of the staff at this place! 🤩 Another amazing kind deed from them was that my room was ready earlier than expected so the owner let me check in earlier for free and I was able to rest after a red-eye flight. I am very thankful to the staff and they truly went above and beyond
