“My most disappointing hotel stay in Japan so far”
Attractive price. The reception staff were always kind, polite, and welcoming. Good value if you are looking for a budget stay.
The hotel is in need of renovation. The rooms are small, dark, and clearly showing their age. The biggest issue was the lack of an invoice. As this was a business trip, I requested an invoice both through Booking.com and directly from the hotel, but unfortunately I never received it. This was very disappointing and unprofessional.
I happened to be sick during the time I was there, and the staff were extremely helpful in assisting me (due to language barriers) to identify medical care options. It was much appreciated.
