The $300 bond taken out of account as that was spending money, being disabled , car parked in disability parking with no sticker and young people drinking beer sitting on bonnet

The location was easily accessible and fantastic for moving around Perth CBD. The staff were always lovely and willing to help, very approachable and easy conversationalists.
The room that I had stayed in had a multitude of shortcomings. The floorboards had very obvious water damage and would move when stepped on. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work. There were ants in the master bedroom. The cost of certain items in the fridge were extraordinarily expensive. The view from the window into the rundown, decrepit playground below was unsightly. The free wi-fi was so restricted that it couldn't connect to any streaming sites on your devices, much less the Smart-TV that they themselves had provided- the only thing you could do on the wi-fi was browse the internet. I found myself hotspotting all devices, including the TV.
A bit dated, but very clean. Staff helpful. Suited us as very close to everything
