“The pillows are the best”
Options with pillows. They had firm and soft. I liked the pillow so much, I didn't use the one I brought with me. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and very spacious. Very comfy bed. There was washer and dryer on the 6th floor for patrons to use with coins. The pool area was great. It had everything we needed. It was so convenient being able to catch the airport shuttle bus at anytime of day or night. It was one less stress to think of whilst travelling. Shuttle driver was more than accommodating in waiting for me when I did a count of luggage and had to run back into the airport and grab a piece I had left behind.
The disabled access shower, the floor tiles sloped away from the drain and water crept out of the bathroom towards the carpet in the bedroom. Even with a row of towels on the floor it didn't stop the water from creeping out. This was quite a challenge for us as one of us has mobility issues and didn't feel safe. Staff were helpful and came and mopped the floor dry afterwards though.
