Excellent bathroom, bright and clean with sky light, good selection of extra blankets and light quilt. Good chairs and vanity light. Plenty of towels too
No fan in the room this time. (Usually there is one, Nice to freshen the room)

It was quiet and safe neighborhood right next to a park which was really good.
There were no TVS which was really odd, and not every room, had a fan even though they were supposed to. And it was really weird having kitchen cutoff hours

Super noisy place. No privacy at all, as the bath was in the hallway with 8 other people passing or sitting in that hallway. It’s a house, not a hotel, with 8 to 16 roommates, depending on how many books are in that day. You look like you're living with at least 8 roommates in a small house, in your tiny room, overhearing everything from everyone. I couldn’t even sleep or focus on anything. When a roommate walks, the building shakes. I believe most of the reviews must be fake and may have been written by their friends. I went there because of their reviews, but it was exactly the opposite of the name of their place. It’s like a noisy dormitory with a mix of males and females in a small house, and minimum distance between rooms. No privacy at all. If you take shower and need anything in your room, you have to come out naked in front of other roommates in the hallway. It was normal clean not more than normal), but there were no basic facilities in your room, no normal rest due to the noise of others watching tv, talking over the phone, laughing, and smelling cooking food in the common kitchen of the house. Horrible place. I recorded several of the voices of the noise to the landlord and asked for a refund due to their fake reviews and dishonesty.
No privacy, bathroom in hallway in front of 8-16 roommates eyes, All kinds of noise, like taking eachother, watching tv, singing song, cooking food in the house kitchen… it’s a house not motel with 8-16 roommates super narrow shared area and tiny room.
