Dirty. It's cheap and you get what you pay for. This means worn not dirty. When we arrived it was still dirty and we found hairs in the bathroom/shower/bed. We asked them to reclean - hairs were gone and it was slightly better and the TV was no longer caked in dust. Still - No one has EVER looked under the bed, yellow stains between tiles in the shower, black and nasty hair dryer cable etc etc. Thin walls so you hear your neighbors and the outside. AC was also loud. Fridge had two modes - off or freeze everything (regardless of setting). I'd spend more money and stay somewhere else. NOT recommended.
