“Achtung leider garnicht zu empfehlen!”
Das Frühstück war wirklich gut.
Im ersten Zimmer hat es extrem schimmlig gerochen. Eigentlich unzumutbar! Ist das dem Hotelpersonal nicht aufgefallen. Ich bat einen von der Rezeption mit zukommen, er bestätigte oben auf dem Zimmer, dass es definitiv stinkt! Das letzte freie Zimmer hatte nur im Bad gestunken. Notgedrungen nahmen wir das Zimmer, ohne das Bad zu nutzen!
My family and I stayed at the hotel from 2026/08/08 to 2026/08/11. Overall, the hotel condition is very unsatisfactory. The room was in a very dirty condition. It was not clean. The carpet was old and weak and had cigarette burns on it. The bed and bedspread were dirty and dirty. The bathroom was very dirty. It was not cleaned. Water was leaking from the shower area. The commode was not cleaned. There was no shampoo, conditioner. There was only a small bar of soap. The towels were dirty. There were no water bottles to drink. There were only two small water cups. There were no mugs to drink tea and coffee. There were only two small paper cups. The breakfast was delicious. I can give it about 8 out of 10 points. But almost all the plates that were used to share food were broken. Overall, the staff was friendly. I can give it 6 out of 10 points. It is not satisfactory as a star class hotel. Thank you.
