Property is clean, nice location, room was spacious
We were told the pool was closed but we went to check and it was still open. My daughter just wanted to take a dip for a few minutes.

The location was very good, near Universal Studios and Island of Adventure, two of our destinations. They offered shuttles to the parks, which is a plus, and we used them. The continental breakfast was good; it was the same menu every day, but it was good as they provided the main meal of the day.
The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable, which was a bummer for the person in our group who used it. Also, there was a fan (probably the A/C) that turned on and off constantly during the night and kept us from getting a good night's sleep.
