Very good location, surrounded by a lot of eating places with various options, nice bakeries and cafes, and a stone's throw away from the awesome My Khe beach. Our room was large, with good sized windows, though one side looks out into the rooms of another hotel.
At Booking.com it was stated that the property accepts credit card payment, but when we checked in they only accepted cash. The air-conditioner doesn't cool the room enough. I paid for 3 people, but the water and towels provided in the room were only for 2. The staff gave extra when I asked, but when I asked for our room to be cleaned on the second day, again, the amenities given were only for two people. The towels didn't smell great on the first day, and on the second day one towel provided looked like a rag. Staff do not book tours or transportation for their guests - this is the only hotel I've stayed in all my five trips around Vietnam that do not do this. Even homestays have booked tours and transportation for us.
