La ubicacion
La relación calidad precio del desayuno, y la ubicación de los sanitarios, en el pasillo de entrada a la habitación, es bastante raro, la altura del lavabo es más alta e incómoda de lo habitual, aunque al final te acostumbras.

The room was quite comfortable with all the usual amenities. We didn't lack anything during our stay. The bar and the pool on the top floor are a great place to spend some time when you are tired and you just want to have a chill afternoon/evening. The beds are one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The staff was very polite and helpful. We also enjoyed the view from the room, as we were quite high up on the 7th floor.
The bathroom shower door couldn't close properly. Whenever taking a shower, we would get water go out an create a huge puddle all around the toilet. While Las Palmas is warm and this dries overnight, I still don't prefer having to walk in flip flops in the bathroom.
