  “Overall - Great property but a bit loud at night on the water.”

  The property is amazing and the restaurant is wonderful with a nice setting. We ended up eating at the restaurant both nights during the stay.

  The receptionist could learn to be more polite I guess. She put us in a room on the new wing being constructed and the bathroom was not even 100% completed with tile missing and the hallway still under construction. This is not the hotel's fault, but there are two pirate ship types that troll around around 10:30 with music so loud that it can be heard inside the room.

  “Excellent hotel in Sarande. More like a 5 star hotel.”

  Beautiful hotel. More like a 5 star. Excellent restaurant. Good staff. Excellent breakfast. We got upgraded to the new side of the hotel. Rooms are beautiful (but some slightly unfinished and corridors still being worked on but this did not impact at all.
