There wasn't any staff at the hotel reception when we arrived in the late morning. We wanted to store our lugguage before checking in at 3pm. We managed to go into the reception area with other guests going out. Called the number to reach the staff and the phone was at the reception desk without any attendance!

The swimming pool was freezing, the jacuzzi was cold, the dry sauna was barely warm after 30 minutes and there was no steam in the sauna. The room feels tiny, much smaller than claimed 215 sqft. Finally, the view from my โsea viewโ room was blocked by street trees.

I chose this hotel because on the pictures it looks Modern and clean...However when we checked into our room, we found several ants crawling on the bed!!! After calling the front desk , they sent someone up and help us checked into another room...later that night we found a small cockroach in the bathroom... I gave 4 star for their service, however they really need to pay lots of attention on The Cleanliness and Pest control.
