Friendly staff, right down the road from the old town. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are small but very comfortable

Śniadania skromne ale świeże i da się najeść, bardzo dobra lokalizacja bo blisko do starego centrum Sarajewa i to co najważniejsze to można zarezerwować miejsce parkingowe, oczywiście za dodatkową opłatą ale warto. Bardzo miła obsługa - polecam.

Bardzo miły personel, świetna lokalizacja
Przykro mi, ale nie jestem szczególnie zadowolony z pobytu. Hotel deklaruje się jako 4*, ale jest to tak naprawdę średniej klasy 2-3* obiekt. Śniadania bardzo słabe - żadnej opcji na ciepło, jakość produktów kiepska (szczególnie chleba). Brak windy. Pokoje i łazienki o słabym standardzie. Nie wybrałbym tego hotelu drugi raz pomimo świetnej lokalizacji. Gdyby ten obiekt ogłaszał się jako 2 lub 3* to nie byłbym tak zawiedziony, ale porównując do 4* hotelu w Mostarze czy Belgradzie ten obiekt wypada bardzo, bardzo słabo!
