“Beautiful hotel with walk into town.”
The hotel is beautiful. Spotless and luxurious in decor. Lovely big room and bathroom. Beautiful breakfast room. Breakfast was excellent. Hot food made to your choice. Easy to get to from train station on the Tram. Easy to walk to town although we like walking so didn’t mind the walk. We walked from hotel to the view point Piazza Michelangelo on other side of river for the sunset and it took 45 mins brisk walk.
We stayed 2 nights and first night we had a poor sleep due to a rubber sheet to protect the mattress. It was not smooth and felt uncomfortable. Second night we took it off and had an excellent sleep in a very comfortable bed. Please re think this rubber sheet.
