Staff was efficient and keep in communication with me quickly for my inquiries. Check in was easy and fast. No elevator for the hotel as its only up to the 4th floor. No ref in room. Easy access to West street and coming in from the Li River Cruise from Guilin, didnt need a car to get here.
Comfortable room with nice mountain view and within walking distance to river and West Street restaurants and shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Amazing location, within 2-3 blocks walking distance from the dock from the Li river cruise! Itโs located within easy walking distance to the Yangshuo West Street and Xijie pedestrian street. The bonus is the restaurant that is located on the main floor of the hotel - itโs known to be one of the best restaurants in the area and is always busy! The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful (many of them speak very good English too). I appreciate the housekeeping staff who gave me extra vanity kits after realizing I like to have one extra, as well as the front desk staff who helped bring my very heavy luggage up the stairs! It is a little noisy with the restaurant below but the room is comfortable and quaint feeling. The room itself was clean and with working air conditioning. I absolutely love the tea room next to the window! I would stay here again next time im in Yangshuo!
Easy access, excellent personal friendly, and overall clean, helpful. We were so happy to spend a few days with them.
