The peace and comfort inside the room. The outside surrounding is also very comfortable.
Lift was not working

The location and price were perfect and very walkable to the city centre. The area itself hosts a lot of great food places and bars, as well as a generally safe enough atmosphere. Bed was very big, TV worked, and shower was excellent.
We were unable to unblock our sink as the plug had got stuck from the previous room resident, I believe? It also would have been nice to have a little biscuit alongside the tea station, but otherwise very good. A little dusty in parts.

1) The elevator (lift) would occasionally decide it didn’t want to work. The receptionist would then disappear to reset it 2) The “king” bed was way too soft. It was actually two twins pushed together creating a rut between the two 3) As with most hotels in Ireland, there is no A/C so the window had to be kept open all night. It could be noisy 4). The hotel is old but they are trying to fix it up.
