“Chaotique”
Événement prévu demandé en mariage. Étant un client régulier de votre établissement, j’ai perdu 15 min à la réception où l’on a repris mon identité, blocage de carte de crédit également alors que ça n’a jamais été fait auparavant. De plus à 14:59, votre réceptionniste nous annonce que la chambre ne sera pas prête avant 15:00… Finalement 15 secondes plus tard, elle nous annonce qu’elle n’est pas prête avant 20 minutes. Pour un événement comme ça, prévu et organisé dans le temps, ça a absolument tout foutu en l’air… Le soir on rentre à 00:00, il n’y a personne à la réception … on a attendu 15 minutes. Un grand n’importe quoi je suis vraiment déçu. Alors que je venais très souvent.
