“Très bonne étape de voyage à Lucca, charme d'une chambre dans un immeuble ancien”
Proximité de la gare, pas de personnel mais explications claires pour accéder à la chambre, ainsi que conseils pertinents pour le séjour, situation parfaite en centre ville historique, proximité de nombreux restaurants. Chambre très spacieuse, sanitaires parfaits, cafetière avec accessoires, tout ce qu'il faut pour une étape de qualité.
Petit bémol pour la table sur laquelle était située la cafetière dont la propreté était discutable. Mais rien de rédhibitoire.

Quiet location but close to everything. Easy walk from the train station. Very comfortable bed.
Could hear people above us very easily. Luckily they didn’t stay up too late.

Great location in the old part of the city and close to all restaurants, bars and shops. It was quiet and traditionally Italian. The air conditioning was most welcome and worked extremely well. Very spacious and comfortable accomodation with easy follow instructions for check in.
Everything was spot on and these comments are what would take it from good to great. The toilet roll wasn’t quite enough during room service intervals, however for a couple of euro and close supermarket this wasn’t a problem. The room also lacked extra pillows which would have been nice but not essential. Do not let these comments put you off booking this accomodation because it is a really place to stay in Lucca

Room is huge- I was in the Edgar room Big, bed is comfy and it's close to many things inside the city walls Bathroom is huge- big room, big bath, big sink
