The facilities were gorgeous, the room was super clean, the shower was hot and had great water pressure. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The homestay staff did laundry for 50k vnd a kilo and we were very satisfied with this service. Also really nice to lounge by the pool in the evening after a day of tourist activities. Location made it super easy to get a Grab from Ninh Binh to the homestay, and then also to take Grabs to the other major tourist sites around Ninh Binh.

Incredible vibe at this place with amazing hosts. We felt welcomed and looked after. The homestay itself feels like its out of a movie, so picturesque, and in a really great location. Great aircons, also has a fan and a heater depending on the time of year you go. They rent bikes. The pool is SO swimable. Honestly one of the best places i have stayed, just in terms of how comfortable and nice it felt ot be there.
