“One night that I do not recommend - Cockroaches included”
The lady owner was nice. The location was close to the airport.
We arrived and they told us to wait 10min because there were looking for a better room for us. We waited 45min and came back 2 times to ask them how it was going. After fighting a bit, we arrived in our room which was a complete disaster. There were not looking for a better room, they just forget us and then get us an ordinary room. Very old stuff, not renovated. The linen had marks, it seemed dirty. There were hairs. We took a closer look at the mattress and fortunately there were no bedbugs but seeing the hotel we were doubting about it. There were cockroaches. I do not recommend this place.
“Good central place to stay not too busy”
It's on a relatively unbusy wide street. The bed was comfortable. The window could be opened and had mosquito proofing too. The AC worked well. There was a fridge in the room, and a kettle, also a sofa. The restaurant on the roof was a bit surprised to have visitors but made us delicious Indian food (maybe everyone gets room service?). The lift and it's music are fun.
We have laundry for washing to 1 of the receptionists and asked about it later and were told it would be back the next day. When we asked the next day, the same receptionist didn't know what we were talking about, it then turned out our laundry was still under the desk, dirty. Other receptionists were good and I'm sure we would have got it done with them. Not a reflection on the hotel itself, just a tip on checking.
