We just had a fabulous great value 2 night stay. Such a quirky traditional old fashioned English seaside hotel, just what we wanted we loved it! Our room was spotless, and fully equipped with iron, hairdryer, lots of tea, coffee and biscuits, huge fluffy towels and comfy beds. The reception rooms downstairs were so interesting, and we had a lovely sunny drink out on the pretty patio. And all the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks so much 😃 also recommend looking for the zabre secret cafe, opposite and slightly down the road. A lovely friendly cafe hidden behind a clothes shop with a beautiful flower filled sunny courtyard garden... and wine!
The staff were amazing, the manager josh couldn't do enough for us ,bar staff and reception were friendly, nothing was to much trouble 😊
When we first got to the reception we was told we would be across the road in their other hotel, as the main one was full, I asked if there was a lift as l had just had carpal tunnel operation on my hand and my sister had recently had a mini stroke,were taken over by the manager Josh when we entered it ,it was disgusting , grotty it looked like student accommodation and the sink was cracked the chair was broken and the bed looked like someone hadn't long got out of it ,so we told josh we wasn't happy with the state of it considering we booked in January because the picture of the twin room looked absolutely stunning that's why we wanted to stay there,so josh said give him 10 minutes ,he would sort it out,he then took us back to the hotel and gave us a choice of 2 rooms,so after a bad start we had a lovely holiday thanks to josh and his team,we even got them a thank you card and chocolates
