We spent three lovely nights in September. Staff are welcoming and kind. The setting is tranquil. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. Swimming in the pool was magical. The coffee is excellent and the food is solid.
These are all improvements that management and executives can make. The staff were delightful and very helpful. The resort is well out of town and the shuttle to town doesn't start until 11AM, getting you into town at 11:30AM. The resort charges $80 for a private car to Kuang Si falls. It is easy to hire a private van in town for less than half that. They charge separately for driver services and in cash only. The season was just beginning therefore the grounds were just beginning to be properly maintained.

Very big facilities with a lot of natural surroundings. Staff was really nice specially David and Nina who were always keen to assist.
We have an issue first day with a big spider in the room, however after reporting they were super concerned about it and upgraded us to a better room which was really nice.

Itβs a beautiful setting! The property is well maintained and the workers are for the most part very kind!
The location is pretty far out of town and you have to pay around 8-10 dollars to go to town. Which then is almost $20 there and back. They have an hour to two hour shuttle. We met a worker that agreed to drive us around but he over charged us big time! It kind of put a bit of a sour taste in our mouth. Also the price of the restaurant is very high! A glass of wine was almost $16!
