“BEDBUGS in room 304, very dirty overall, avoid at all costs..”
This place is atrocious. Stayed for 2 nights in room 304 and got bitten by bedbugs. The mattresses are stained, the bathroom in the room doesn't get cleaned and the under-bed lockers, where you're supposed to keep your stuff, haven't been cleaned in ages. The common bathroom has encrusted grime and I saw a mouse in the kitchen that apparently lives behind the fridges. The receptionist refused to give me the official "hoja de reclamaciones" and the management never got back to me as promised to refund my washing and drying costs. I honestly don't understand how this place stays legally opened.

Había mucha gente viviendo en el hostal, lo que le quita mucho el ambiente turístico, dos chicos que estaban viviendo ahí eran muy intensos con las chicas, no me sentí segura, los baños no estaban limpios, relación precio calidad deja muchísimo que desear
