“Lovely but overpriced.”
Beautiful, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom with separate rainwater and hand shower heads. Central location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I expected more for the premium room price. Pillows could have been firmer (I know it's hard to please everyone). Toiletries were fine but I expected more. I was curious about what the hotel offered and now I know.

The roof top bar is fantastic as was the view from the room.
They don’t provide drinking water, it is a machine that produces tepid water, not ideal. The housekeeping team left dirty glasses and didn’t replace all the towels. The toilet has a horrible smell emanating from it.

One of the best hotels I have stayed to date. Staff were amazing, facilities were beautiful, location is on point.
Only a slight muck up during checkout when I was charged twice for our extras. Staff did not offer exchange rate option so made it confusing when one charge was slightly more than the other. Refund was received so all is well.

Todo en su conjunto, habitaciones elegantes pero muy prácticas, bar, piscina, vistas, spa y gimnasio.
Lo que eché a faltar es un desayuno buffet. Si bien te ofrecen la opción de desayuno es en el bar de la esquina del propio hotal, pero dicha opción es muy inferior a la que te ofrecen otros hoteles en los que me he hospedado en mis estancias en Brisbane. Otra cosa es que ví algún huesped con copas de cristal en la piscina y ello es peligroso.
