Hotelleja on kaksi samalla nimellä ja osoitteella, joten asiakkaan on vaikea tietää menevänsä oikeaan paikkaan. Minä ainakin menin myöhään illalla väärään paikkaan, josta oli vaikea saada taksia toiseen paikkaan. Kummassakaan ei tiedetty varauksesta mitään tullessani. Ei ole käytössä digitaalisia järjestelmiä, vain paperi ja kynä. Lopulta sain huoneen, joka oli hyvin alkeellinen. Ilmastointi toimi kyllä ja tv, ilman kaukosäädintä. Oli lämmintä vettä suihkussa. Vuode oli hyvä, liian pieni hyttysverkko vuoteen ympärillä. Meluinen paikka. Ulkona oli joka ilta melua ja käytävässä ihmiset kulkivat pitkin yötä. Kaikki kuului sisälle, ovet narisivat. Aamiainen oli hyvin yksinkertainen, aina samanlainen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja auttavaisia. Ravintolan ruoka keskinkertaista. Pyykkipalvelu pelasi. Tuli vaikutelma siitä, että ihmiset tulivat pitämään sinne hauskaa ja juhlimaan, mikä ei ole aina kaikkien asiakkaiden mieleen. Oli lähellä kaupunkia ja helppo kävellä. Lähellä putouksia autolla. Covid-testauspaikka myös lähellä.
