The villa was very clean and well-maintained, with a large swimming pool and a modern design. It was also well-equipped with all the cooking tools and essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and fast responding
The only issue we noticed was that the glass doors were not sealing properly, which caused the wind to make noise throughout the night.

I booked these villas for a relaxing place to stay for 10 nights after surgery, and advised staff months in advance I would be there recovering from surgery. They proceeded to place me in the villa at the top of the hill which I had to walk up with no assistance, with a lovely view of the radio tower, as far from the ocean as possible, literally the worst view of all of the ocean view villas, despite having booked months earlier. Villa 'Alina 10'. Upon arriving I was hit by a wall of warmth, despite staff advising me both air conditioners had been on for over 3 hours at 18Β°. I advised it was extremely warm considering, and she had no idea what I was talking about, but called housekeeping. A man arrived with a ladder which broke as soon as he stepped on it, but he did have a digital temperature gauge so I used it on the air conditioner and sure enough, it was registering at 26Β°. He took it and put it right at the opening of the air conditioner and it did register 18Β°- unfortunately that is not how air conditioners work. Air coming out is supposed to be considerably colder than the set temperature by at least 10Β°. The worst concern however was when they took me to the main bedroom and the indistinguishable stench of mould hit me. I asked if this room had been flooded and staff denied it, despite every timber plank being severely lifted at the edges. Black mould has discoloured the joins of every plank of timber on the floor of the main bedroom. Mould was even coming out of the skirtings which they have obviously been unsuccessful in covering up. I immediately requested another villa and the only other option was on the opposite side (so not the ocean view I'd paid extra for) with the bedroom up three flights of stairs. I requested to leave and was advised I would only be entitled to a 50% refund, when I clearly would never have booked a mouldy villa with inadequate air conditioning.
