“I wouldn’t stay here again but I feel bad about that because Steve did seem very polite.”
Hosts were very polite. Room and linens were clean. Shower was hot.
The bed was too hard for me to get comfortable. I didn’t like the cooking smells in the house but I couldn’t open the window because it was too noisy. Even with the windows shut and triple glazing it was too loud to sleep well. The bed vibrated from the traffic. I thought there would be designated parking but it’s just limited street parking nearby.

The hosts are absolutely lovely. So organised and friendly. They met me when I arrived and saw me at breakfast each morning. Mary cooks eggs superbly (she even has her own cooking channel which I now follow). The bed was comfy but not overly soft which I like, and the bathroom shower was well stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
It was perfect for me (as a vegetarian) but I think there is only one vegan breakfast option.

Great location for university and Athletics Village and room was clean and comfortable. Steven is a great host and breakfast was very good. Only stayed 1 night but great value and would definitely stay again with hesitation.
Next to very busy road with some vibration from buses etc which is not the fault of the property.
