  An sich war alles gut bis sehr gut. Auch der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.

  “마음이 상하는 일”

  묵지 않아서 좋은 점을 모르겠습니다. 그러나 8시 넘어 어디냐고 사장님이 전화 주셨을 때 통화했는데 사장님은 제가 취소했는데 어찌된 일인지 모르겠다고 했을 때 어쩔 도리가 없다고 하면서 언성을 높이셔서 당황스러웠고 이중예약을 바로 확인하고 패널티 제외를 요청할 수 있다는 걸 알고 정중히 요청했을 때 설명없이 거절해서 마음이 안 좋았습니다. 제가 경험한 서비스는 정말 안 좋은 기분이 남았네요
