βMagical stayβ
We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 3 the end of November. I was initially a bit worried that it might be a bit cramped, however we found we had an excellent stay. The igloo itself was warm and cosy, there is adequate space to store suitcases under the single bed. We ate at the hotel most days, breakfast was standard but ok, but a pleasant surprise was that dinner was included in our stay, and the food was excellent (including the kids menu) which is great as most restaurants in the village close early. My son loved that you could use the sledges and play in the snow, they also lit the firepit and gave out marshmallows. I've seen a few comments about bags not being dropped to your room, they did this for us and collected them when we checked out too. The Northern lights alert worked in our room, and we was lucky enough to see them outside The hotel location is fantastic it's only a short walk to the village which my little one was able to walk or be pulled on a sledge. We had a great stay and it really added to a magical trip.

The igloos were great! Rooms are small but designed well and presented very clean. Room stayed nice and warm despite arctic winter temps. Loved seeing the northern lights.
