  Where to begin?! This is my 2nd stay in this hotel as I visit Sarajevo regularly. It is by far my favourite hotel that I've ever stayed in. Its more like 5 star than 4 star. The staff are beautiful. Expect lots of free treats in reception like forerro rocher and beautiful Bosnian cookies, the smell of fresh flowers and the warmest reception. The room was outstanding. It is huge and in the bathroom you even have free make up remover pads, baby wipes, toilet spray not to mention L'occitane shampoo, hand wash and body wash. There is a fridge too and mini bar which is very reasonably priced. My room had a balcony which was perfect for drinking coffee and reading a book. WiFi strong. The breakfast was incredible. Honestly, you have so much choice of fresh fruit, beautiful salads and other home made food, cooked foods, breads, numerous teas, sweets, pastries, fresh fruit juice and excellent coffee...and you can have as much as you want! Whoever is behind the design of this hotel must have a big heart and care a lot about their guests, it shows the second you walk in. I was sad to leave, but I'll be back 🩷💚💛 Thank you so much for everything, vidimo se ❤️

  “Fantastische plek voor bezoek aan Sarajevo!”

  De locatie, de kamer en het grote terras bij onze kamer waren fantastisch. Het ontbijt was meer dan goed! Alles super vers, veel keus en lekker. Parkeren kon op het dak en je liep in ongeveer 10 minuten naar het voetgangersdeel. Allemaal extraatjes op de kamer van hygiënische doekjes tot badzout, heerlijke producten van l’occitaine en koekjes.

  Mocht iets meer verlichting zijn op de kamer. In de grote stalamp zat geen peer en klein lampje nachtkastje werkte niet.
