We wish our visit was longer! We arrived late one evening for a 1 night stay on our way to Amsterdam. As luck would have it google got us a little lost walking from the train station and I called the hotel. A very nice desk clerk offered to come out to rescue us, we weren't too far off. Heinrich was so friendly and kind.. my husband was getting a cold so when he asked if there was a kettle in the room, Heinrich provided us one with 2 mugs and on top of that he shared his dinner as there wasn't anything open close to the hotel! He wouldn't even accept the money we offered him. We spoke to the assistant manager when we checked out the next day (also a very nice young man) and he confirmed what a great person Heinrich is. Both a credit to a lovely Boutique hotel Krone and to the city of Munich. We would love to come back and stay for longer next time!

El check in es a las 15h,le pudimos hacer antes,pero nos guardaron el equipaje,así que no hubo ningún problema.
