Everything was excellent!
Nice staff at front desk
Very noisy hotel. Throughout our stay, guests regularly left their doors open while talking and shouting loudly in the corridors, from early in the morning until late at night, which made it very difficult to relax. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with a balcony, which we expected to be of a higher standard than a regular room. While the bedroom itself was reasonably spacious, the bathroom was extremely small and very poorly designed. There was only a bathtub with a short shower hose, making it awkward and uncomfortable to shower. The room also had a noticeable smell of dampness. There was a dehumidifier in the room, which made us wonder if this was already a known issue. Overall, the room and hotel did not meet the standard we expected from a Deluxe Room, particularly because of the noise, poor bathroom facilities and damp smell.
