“Bad quality rooms”
The hotel is situated in a nice area of Ayia Napa. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating to all our requests.
The quality of the room provided was definitely not the best. The Room door was partially damaged and had marks of it being pried open. The shower had insufficient water and pressure. Sofa bed /Sofa was damaged and would result in sinking in if sat in the wrong spot. The main beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows and bedspread provided were honestly horrible, and reminded me of military bunk beds. Finally other service you would take for granted (like hairdryers) would need a reception booking and a deposit to be used

Hotel blisko miasta, wizualnie z daleka ładnie wygląda.
Sprzątanie polegało na wymienieniu raz na 5 dni ręczników. Nikt nie pozamiatał nam nawet. Brakowało gąbki do naczyń i płynu. Ściany poplamione poobdzierane. Dziwne gniazdka niby europejskie a nie można było wpiąć nic. Oprócz tego gniazdka angielskie

Nagyon jó hotel! Jó az ár-érték arány, tiszta, kényelmes. Könnyen megközelíthető, központban a Nissi Anevue-n. Olvastam korábbi véleményeknél, hogy nagyon hangos. Nekünk a szoba a medencére nézett, nem az utcára, így a zajból semmit nem hallottunk éjszaka, szóval megéri medencére néző szobát kérni. Az ételek finomak voltak. A szobában a konyha sarok is teljesen felszerelt. Plusz takarót is tudtam kérni, ami még az original csomagolásában volt. Kedves a személyzet, főleg a mosolygós recepciós lány, aki mindig segítőkész volt mindenben és még a hajszárítóját is kölcsön adta!!
A szobában nem volt hajszárító. A recepción lehet kérni 20€ deposittal, de kb. soha nem volt elérhető. Jó lenne, ha raknának minden szobába. Plusz szoba papucs, ami nekem hasznos lett volna. Volt egy kis kavarodásunk a foglalással, mert bookingon lebeszéltem velük egy extra éjszakát, amiről ők a helyszínen mégsem tudtak, de nem volt probléma, megbeszéltük.
