“A quiet and comfortable stay before flying back home”
The place was exactly as described. Spacious rooms, charming with cute red curtains. The owner of the place really put her heart into it and we felt it when we met her the second day of our stay. We were traveling with our 9yo daughter and the room that we booked was just the perfect size for the 3 of us with an extra bed. We’ve also tried the restaurant and had our last evening meal at the hotel. 👍 I totally recommend this place.
There is nothing that we didn’t like. However if you are planning to be completely in the center of Yerevan keep in mind that you’ll have to walk around 20-25minutes to reach the heart of the city. This wasn’t a big issue for us as it was very convenient to book a taxi anywhere in Yerevan using the local apps.
Design of the room
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, and some of the high ratings were surprising to us. The location, for example, is rated very highly, but we found it to be far from ideal. It takes around 30–40 minutes to walk to the city centre, and the hotel is located on a small, somewhat hidden street. Getting a taxi can also be inconvenient at times. If you choose to walk, you have to follow one of the busiest roads in Yerevan, with very few pedestrians around, which does not make for a particularly pleasant walk. The bathroom in our room looked like it had not been renovated in many years. Although it was cleaned, there were still visible limescale marks and stains, and the ventilation was quite poor. Our room was on the first floor and had almost no natural light. The window looked directly onto the hotel's dining area and was partially blocked because it was located right behind the kitchen, where people were moving around during breakfast. This also meant that the room was very noisy in the mornings — we could clearly hear conversations, dishes being moved around, etc. In general, the hotel has poor sound insulation. The walls are not well insulated, so you can easily hear people talking in the corridors and neighbouring areas. Many guests check out during the night, including people leaving for early flights, and we could clearly hear conversations, doors opening and closing, and suitcases being dragged through the corridors. Earplugs would definitely be useful if you are a light sleeper. We did speak to reception about changing rooms, but unfortunately there were no other rooms available for the following nights, so we had to stay in the same room. Overall, we expected more based on the hotel's ratings and reviews. The main issues for us were the location, noise, lack of natural light and the outdated bathroom.

На кухне не приветливый и не доброжелательный персонал , особенно женщина среднего возраста неприятная , я с сыном пришла на 10 минут раньше на завтрак, так как самолет у нас, она мало того сказала , что ещё нельзя есть ,хотя я не привередлива и могла перекусить что то из того , что уже есть на кухне , не предложила приборы для общей тарелки для салатов , одним словом очень недоброжелательная , за все время пребывания только она одна такая злая и неприятная !На завтрак в первый день нашего заселения была разогретая глазунья и вафли венские не свежие !

La struttura offre la disponibilità di fare il check in anche tardi, cosa che ci ha agevolato moltissimo. Le camere erano piccole ma confortevoli e recentemente restaurate. Il prezzo era molto conveniente, e la camera era pulitissima.
Le dimensioni molto ridotte della camera non ci permettevano neanche di aprire la valigia per intero, cosa che ci ha creato qualche difficoltà. La doccia era composta solo da doccino e tenda, perciò era molto facile allargare il bagno. La zona è ovviamente più economica, essendo fuori dal centro, ma come primo impatto appena arrivati dall'aeroporto può fare un po' di paura, non è un bel quartiere.
