The property was centrally located and close to everything staff go above and beyond what anyone could expect of them to help you out? Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Beds could’ve been a little bit softer but after I mentioned this to staff, they went out of their way to put a padded mattress topper on my bed which was wonderful.
