Ens van fer un upgrade a un allotjament millor (a Distrito Panamera Tulum) ja que feien tasques de manteniment a l'Aluna ii vam estar molt agust, ens va encantar. Molt bona atenció del personal, especialment de l'Angeles de recepció.
Llàstima del sargazo a la platja, però la resta perfecte.
“Lovely hotel but very expensive for what we got”
We were moved to their sister hotel the week prior to our arrival. Not our choice. We stayed at the Distrito Panamera. The property is beautiful and staff helpful.
The rooms are tidy with no TV, fridge, wardrobe or hairdryer. The food and beverages were expensive and the breakfast very limited

Luis, the bell boy was very helpful
Rooms were nice and clean and the free drinks in the evening is a lovely touch
Rooftop bar and restaurant was never open and looked like it hadn’t been for a while so the photos advertising the property are not accurate. Breakfast says it starts at 7 however it’s more like 7:20 which is an ideal Wen we have a transfer booked.
