I use a mobility scooter and everything at the hotel especially the staff was appropriate for my needs. A lovely atmosphere.

Location - and that was it. Staff were friendly
The hotel is vast, open and has no personality. The bar was badlly stocked (no tonic water, poor wine menu with many item not available). Apparently they were in the middle of changing stock. The evening meal was the worst I have ever had. Both starters were uneatable. My carpaccio was rancid and dark brown in colour. I actual spat my first bite out! My wifes crab was served boling hot with stale bread. The crab tasted off. The main course was no better. Slow cooked short rib should fall off the bone. We both needed a hack saw and it was full of gristle - both dishes were sent back. We refused to pay for our dinner. No complaints from the manager of the restruant so I assume it is part of the course. 2 of the 3 charging points were not working. Had to park in a disabled spot to charge ... that stopped working half way through the charge. The price paid was very high for a low rate hotel.

Otelin köpek dostu olmasını takdir ediyorum. Ancak, köpeğimiz olduğu için binanın en sonunda, zemin katta daha küçük bir oda verildi. Standart oda olmasını tercih ederdim. Kahvaltı için restorana köpekle gidilemediğini de belirtmek isterim.
