Amazing friendly and helpful host, great location, clean and spacious room, best shower in Italy and best coffee in Italy across the road
Loud aircon
The location was great, in a less touristy area but really close to everything. Federico was very helpful, told me about the city, the main attractions, good places to eat at and even suggested events and exhibitions to go to. The room was clean, very cozy and had everything I needed. I really enjoyed my time there, when I go back to Lucca, it's no question I would stay here again.
