“Exceotional”
Staff were very friendly they went out of their way to help us when we had to stay an extra night. Hotel was full but they went out of their way to accommodate us
Nothing. Hotel clean and comfortable. Bus stops outside hotel direct to the hospital, which was very handy

The suite I had was a great size with small kitchen The reception area was very modern
The decor in the hotel was very dark The bathroom was small for the size of room The seal on bottom of shower screen was very dirty & worn, the water poured out when having a shower, when complained, it was taken off but not replaced which made the situation worse. Housekeeping had to be requested if you were staying more than 1 night ! Any Spa facilities were extra to pay for. Eggs at breakfast were like rubber

Nice high ceilings and comfy bed.
Breakfast really terrible - both in value and quality. Many different bars in hotel with nice different feels but all were closed except the main one.

De hotelkamer, die de faciliteiten had van een appartement maar de luxe en gemak van een hotel. Het was ruim, voldoende opbergruimte en tafeltjes, echt heel fijn.
Was niet helemaal duidelijk wat we met de afwas moesten doen. Verder helemaal niets op aan te merken.
