Very disappointing experience. We arrived early and specifically asked the receptionist for comfortable rooms suitable for our family, preferably with a nice view. However, we were given rooms extremely far from the main facilities β more than a 10-minute walk to the pools, breakfast area, and reception. When I politely asked to move to closer rooms, I was told that I would have to pay an additional charge AND wait another two hours! What was most frustrating is that no one informed us from the beginning that the rooms were located so far away or that closer rooms were available at an extra cost. Had this been explained at check-in, we could have made the right choice immediately and avoided all this inconvenience. Another very concerning issue was the outdoor breakfast area. There were cats around the tables, and we literally saw them eating directly from the plates! This is completely unacceptable in a dining area and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, poor communication, disappointing service, and unacceptable hygiene standards in the outdoor breakfast area. Definitely not the experience we expected from this hotel.
