Best All-Inclusive Hotels in Turkey, Resort by Resort From £44
Turkey is one of the best-value places for a proper all-inclusive beach holiday from the UK, but "Turkey" is eight very different resorts on two seas. This guide compares them. We checked live all-inclusive rates for 50 hotels across Antalya, Belek, Side, Alanya, Fethiye, Marmaris, Bodrum and Kuşadası, grouped by price and by resort. The cheapest is Mersoy Bellavista Hotel in İçmeler, Marmaris, at £44 a night for two adults on its all-inclusive board.
Prices checked 2026-10-24 for May and June 2027 stays (Wednesday 19 May and Saturday 5 June 2027, 2 adults, 1 night). Every price in this guide is the lowest all-inclusive rate we found on those two dates, per room, not per person. We left out any hotel that had no all-inclusive rate. Live prices change, so click any hotel for today's rate on your dates.
Why May and June, not this winter? Because most of this coast is closed in winter. When we checked Wednesday 18 November 2026, Fethiye had no all-inclusive hotels open at all. More on that below.

These are the 23 cheapest all-inclusive hotels in this guide, from £44 to £99 a night for two adults. Most are 3- and 4-star, but five are 5-star. Every one scored at least 6.6 out of 10 from guests.
Belek

Side
2. Q Ella Beach Hotel — Manavgat coast, east of Side · 3★ · 8.6/10 (261 reviews) · all-inclusive from £53 a night. Scores 8.6 from over 260 guests, which is rare at this price. The hotel lists a private beach area, a kids' club, a kids' pool and a water slide, and the Aspendos theatre is a short drive away. Best for: families on a budget.
3. J'adore Deluxe Hotel & Spa — Sorgun, Side · 5★ · 7.6/10 (379 reviews) · all-inclusive from £68 a night. A 5-star on the hotel's own Ultra All Inclusive package for under £70 in May. The hotel lists a private beach area, a water park, a kids' club and a spa with a sauna. Best for: anyone who wants the cheapest 5-star in this guide.
4. Hotel Dream Of Side — Side town · 3★ · 7.9/10 (44 reviews) · all-inclusive from £69 a night. One kilometre from the Roman ruins of Side Antique City, with a garden pool, a private beach area, a kids' club and an à la carte restaurant. Best for: ruins, beach and a low price.
5. Side Amour Hotel — Side, on the beach · 4★ · 8.5/10 (69 reviews) · all-inclusive from £87 a night. A beachfront 4-star with a private beach area and a seasonal pool. It was also open in our November check. Best for: Side on the beach, almost year-round.
Alanya
6. Acar Hotel — Oba, Alanya · 7.2/10 (35 reviews) · all-inclusive from £48 a night. A small, simple hotel 150 metres from a private beach, with an outdoor pool, billiards, table tennis and massages. Oba is the quieter side of Alanya, east of the centre. Best for: a no-fuss budget beach week.
7. Grand Alisa Hotel — Alanya · 3★ · 7.3/10 (171 reviews) · all-inclusive from £59 a night. A 3-star on the beach with a small water park, a kids' pool, a playground and evening entertainment. It also had all-inclusive rates in November, so it is one of the few cheap Alanya picks open in winter. Best for: families, and winter sun.
8. Oba Star Hotel — Oba, Alanya · 4★ · 8.2/10 (185 reviews) · all-inclusive from £68 a night. Steps from a private sandy beach, with a beach bar and Turkish buffet dinners. The hotel sells its package as Ultra All Inclusive. Scores 8.2 from 185 guests. Best for: beach-first couples.

10. Kleopatra Atlas Hotel — Central Alanya · 4★ · 7.7/10 (198 reviews) · all-inclusive from £96 a night. Adults only, facing the beach, close to Kleopatra Beach and Damlataş Cave. It was also open in our November check. Best for: adults who want to walk into town.
11. Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel — Alanya · 4★ · 8.3/10 (122 reviews) · all-inclusive from £98 a night. A two-minute walk to Kleopatra Beach, with indoor and outdoor pools and a spa. One of the few Alanya hotels with all-inclusive rates in November too. Best for: winter sun in Alanya.
Fethiye and Ölüdeniz
12. Club Pink Palace Hotel — Hisarönü, above Ölüdeniz · 3★ · 7.9/10 (671 reviews) · all-inclusive from £66 a night. Over 670 reviews and a 7.9 score. It is a pool hotel, not a beach hotel: rooms have balconies with mountain or pool views, and there is a kids' pool and a playground. The Ölüdeniz lagoon is a short ride down the hill. Best for: budget families and groups.
13. Marcan Resort Hotel — Ölüdeniz · 8.2/10 (227 reviews) · all-inclusive from £72 a night. Scores 8.2 from over 220 guests. The hotel lists a spa with a Turkish bath, a kids' club and a small water park, in Ölüdeniz itself rather than up the hill. Best for: families who want Ölüdeniz on a budget.

The hotel's own listing says the all-inclusive rate covers meals and drinks at the restaurant, pool bar and lounge, and there is an outdoor pool and a sauna. İçmeler is the calmer bay just south of Marmaris town. Best for: couples and friends on a tight budget.

A big, busy all-inclusive on its own private beach, with four bars, a nightclub, a waterslide and a spa. Its 6.6 score is the lowest in this guide, so book it for the price and the beach, not for polish. Best for: groups who want lively and cheap.

The mid-range tier runs from £103 to £187 a night. This is where Turkey is hard to beat: big beach resorts with water parks, spas and high guest scores, for about what a plain city hotel costs in the UK.

The top 12, from £200 to £817 a night. All are 5-star, or the most expensive pick in their resort in this guide. Belek has the most, which is why it is Turkey's golf and luxury capital.

Many people search for Turkish all-inclusives with water parks and kids clubs. These picks are based only on what each hotel says about itself in its own description. Check the hotel page for ages and opening times of kids clubs.
- Water parks and slides: Kirman Belazur Resort & Spa in Belek (water park and a bowling alley), Cornelia Diamond Golf Resort & Spa in Belek (a large water park and a teenage club), Orka World Hotel & Aquapark near Ölüdeniz (an aquapark in its name, plus a playground and children's services), Orka Lotus Beach in İçmeler, Parkim Ayaz Hotel in Gümbet, Bodrum, and Grand Alisa Hotel in Alanya, the cheapest of these at £59.
- Kids clubs: Marvida Family Eco in Side is built around children, with workshops, cooking classes and nature activities. Calimera Hane Garden Hotel in Side has a kids' club, a water park and a playground. Belenli Resort Hotel in Belek has a children's playground and club, and Paloma Family Club in Bodrum sits in a tangerine grove a stroll from Bitez Bay.
- Pools with slides on a big beach: Sealife Family Resort Hotel sits right on Konyaaltı Beach in Antalya and calls itself a resort for families. Falcon Hotel in Antalya has an outdoor pool with waterslides.

Winter: which Turkish all-inclusive hotels stay open?
Most of Turkey's beach resorts close from about November to March. We checked all eight resorts for Wednesday 18 November 2026 and counted the hotels with an all-inclusive rate:

Six more had rooms in November but no all-inclusive board, so in winter they sell room-only or half board: Acar Hotel, Kleopatra Life Hotel, Mandarin Resort & Spa, Paloma Family Club, Asena Hotel and Signature Blue Resort Kuşadası.
The other 29 hotels in this guide had no rates at all for 18 November. For a beach resort, that usually means it is closed for the winter season. (One exception to watch: Rixos Downtown Antalya is a city hotel, so check it for your dates.) Every hotel in Fethiye, Marmaris and Bodrum in this guide is in that group, apart from Mandarin and Paloma above.
What "all-inclusive" means in this guide
We only list a hotel if our live rates show an All Inclusive board for it. Some hotels call their package "Ultra All Inclusive", "Ultimate" or similar. That is the hotel's own name for its package, and what it adds (imported drinks, à la carte dinners, longer bar hours) varies from hotel to hotel. Check the package details on the hotel page before you book. A few hotels had an all-inclusive rate on only one of our two dates; we say so in their entries.

How we checked
We searched all eight resorts on JetMeAway's live hotel search for four dates: Wednesday 18 November and Saturday 12 December 2026, then Wednesday 19 May and Saturday 5 June 2027. Too few hotels were open in winter, so we priced every hotel on the two 2027 dates and kept the lowest all-inclusive rate. We left out hotels with a guest score under 6 out of 10, hotels with prices that looked broken, and the same hotel listed twice under two names.
